Experience
Plaza Advisors’ team of professionals brings a wealth of industry related experience to its clients, and maintains strong real estate and mortgage capital market relationships. As a real estate brokerage firm, our clients include private equity owners, developers, foreign investment groups, and major institutions such as pension funds, life insurance companies, REITs, and money center banks. Our team has over 35 years of real estate industry experience and has closed in excess of $1.5 billion in shopping center sales, among more than 100 shopping centers and 13.5 million square feet. We are active participants in panels and committees for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and are regularly called upon by trade publications to speak on a variety of topics related to the shopping center industry. Each of our team members is involved in each and every assignment.

Plaza Advisors has established long term relationships with the largest institutional and private shopping center owners and investors in the region. Furthermore, the company has also represented a number of owners with a single retail asset, or sold to a previously unknown buyer. We have a proven track record in finding the right buyer for the right property. Beyond that, our clients rely on our expertise in retail properties and our ability to efficiently and effectively execute the sale of their assets from the initial underwriting to closing of the transaction.
